We offer contemporary and traditional cuisine with a bit of a Celtic accent. A variety of pastries, shepherds pie, quiches, salads and soups.

Our most popular, Young Edie's Fancy Scone, is filled with dried fruits and bits of white chocolate, with a light orange glaze. A traditional currant scone or a sweet marmalade filled scone with a pot of Yorkshire Gold will make your day seem just a bit better.
Here at Granny McCarthy's, we bake our brown bread fresh daily using buttermilk, baking soda, sea salt and LIFEFORCE MILL grains and flour.
Hearty foods made from old family recipes will give you the warm comforts of home. We make the traditional Cornish Pasty and some more contemporary favorites too. Our curry chicken & Basmati rice, smoked ham and onion, and the Gaelic & Garlic are worth the adventure ofstraying off the path of tradition. Celtic Breakfast is quite a hardy way to start your day served every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Fresh eggs, served with our own potato farl, griddle cooked tomatoes, Irish loin bacon, banger sausages, white and black pudding. Enjoy a steaming bowl of Irish pinhead oatmeal with a bit of honey and cream. Just like home!!!!
